Roberts Road Hall has been sold. After completion the Hall Committee will meet to discuss their future responsibilities in line with the Deed. There is a leaflet with an update available. 

Football Training on Friday evenings 6-7 at St James’ School (note NEW VENUE) resumes 15 Sep. All  over 15 welcome. £3 per session.  Contact James Beatty or Geoff Hanna.

Friends International Hospitality. This summer we met many new students from around the world - and now thousands more have arrived! Some away from home for the first time; perhaps feeling a little lost and homesick and most are eager to get to know local people! We have the opportunity to welcome and share God's love with them in practical ways and build lasting friendships. If you can host 1 or 2 students for a meal once a term. Christmas Choir: All who love singing tunefully are invited to join the choir to sing at the Carol Service on December 17th.  Rehearsals on 6 consecutive Monday evenings starting Monday November 6th, 7.30 - 9.00pm.  Please let Tina Cook, Martina Juma or Fiona Austen know if you would like to sing, or sign the list at the back of church.

Opportunities to serve:  Serving Coffee - every 8 weeks at your regular service. Cleaning - once a month, Mondays 9-10 am, with another volunteer; Maintenance jobs - one hour / week or ad hoc. Please speak to Mel or Maureen in the church office. 01392 286990 office@stleonards.church
